We ship via UPS 3 day select or Ground service, which will get your order to you in 2 to 5 business days (depending on your location. A tracking
number will be issued for your package and will be e-mailed to you by UPS upon shipment. The cost of shipping
depends on the amount of your purchase The shipping charge will appear during checkout depending on your
location and weight of order. You can just put in your zip and click update and you will see the shipping cost. MyPatientEducation.com makes every effort to meet the shipping needs of
our customers, please let us know how we can help you! Please note that orders totaling over $70 receive free shipping! Canada,
Hawaii, Alaska will be charged actual shipping charges.

Refunds
If the item is in its original condition, we will accept returns within 10 days of receipt of the order. Please e-mail customerservice@mypatienteducation.com for return authorization. We ask that your order number be recorded and put inside the box when returned. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return credits (for the purchase price only, not shipping) will be issued once the package is received at our office.
Duty, Customs, and Tariff fees on international orders are non-refundable.
Defective Merchandise
We will issue a full refund (including shipping charges) on any product found to be defective, no questions asked.
